FIZZ (Foam) in the oil and its thickness is the actual proof of its Purity stating that there were no chemicals used in their making. Foam is created while cooking as it’s cold pressed and all the cold pressed oils contains some part of moisture in it. So it’s perfectly fine if oil makes the foam while cooking.
No chemicals are used while extracting them. Especially no machine filtration is done because filtration requires heat above boiling point which reduces the quality and nutrients of natural oil.
